Well we actually have some snow to talk about this week. Wednesday is the day as a clipper system swings through. As you can see from the map, some lake response is indicated. By December standards it won’t be anything out of the ordinary. Most should see a dusting to an inch or two. There might be a few areas that could get more. Maybe a snow map on tomorrow’s morning blog? Don’t get too excited about that. And don’t get too excited about after that because the heat pump kicks in. We’re back in the 40s and 50s for the end of the week, especially Saturday.
After that it will cool down Sunday through next Monday. By next Tuesday “normal” December chill should return.
Unfortunately no big long lasting cold or big storms are anywhere in the medium range. Basically looking out 10 days, nothing to get excited about. An by then, we’re a week until Christmas. Now would be a good time to pray for a Christmas miracle… normal Christmas weather of cold and snow.
And yet another December we’d rather not remember.
It’s 2020 and it’s a Monday. Stay well and safe wherever you are… Rich
