Scattered snow showers will fall over eastern New York through early Sunday morning... some areas may pick up an inch or two of fresh snow. A significant warmup begins Monday, with rain likely by mid-week.

Scattered snow showers can be expected Friday through Friday night and again late Saturday and Saturday night as a few disturbances zip down from the north. Snow accumulations an inch or less in all areas. Warming trend takes shape next week, with rain possible by mid-week.

Upper level energy, combined with moisture from the nor'easter and lake enhancement, will bring widely scattered snow showers to the upstate Thursday night through Friday, but no significant accumulation expected.

A "miss" for the storm system impacting the mid-Atlantic. Some clouds and scattered snow showers possible Thursday night and Friday but outside of that, dry weather continues. A warming trend begins early next week. Tick-tock.
