The lake effect snow band got going Wednesday PM and into Thursday AM. Things seemed fine initially. During the day Thursday, especially Thursday Afternoon, Thursday Night and into this morning, the lake effect went to the next level. A level only seen outside of the Tug Hill and areas south of Buffalo on rare occasions.

HEY! IT IS NOW OFFICIALLY SNOWMOBILE SEASON ACROSS ALL OF NEW YORK! Get out and enjoy as much of the next 90 days as you can. In the meantime, pray that all the lake effect snow we have predicted through the weekend comes to pass! Here is how it is looking from now through Sunday:
